A 44-year-old patient underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy with immediate staged breast reconstruction with Dr. Dolen, beginning with tissue expanders and completed with silicone breast implants. She has bilateral 485 cc full-projection implants. Photos shown 1 year after her final reconstructive procedure demonstrate good symmetry.
