Implant Removal Lift Case #6530

69-year-old female patient with a history of breast augmentation 37 years prior presented with severe bilateral capsular contracture and bilateral implant rupture. She underwent removal of both breast implants with total capsulectomy, followed by mastopexy to reshape the remaining breast tissue, performed by Dr. Dolen. Postoperative photographs are shown 3 months after surgery, demonstrating improved breast contour following explantation and lift. The final image shows the removed ruptured implants and areas of capsular calcification.
