46-year-old patient who previously underwent breast augmentation with 300 cc saline implants 8 years ago by another surgeon and later presented with breast pain. She underwent bilateral breast implant removal (explant) with total capsulectomy performed by Dr. Dolen. Postoperative photographs are shown 3 months after surgery, demonstrating smaller breasts with resolution of breast pain.
