Face Case #8610
Before
After

An 80-year-old patient underwent Mohs surgery performed by a dermatologist for treatment of melanoma in situ. Following tumor removal, Dr. Utku Dolen performed reconstruction of the cheek defect using a full-thickness skin graft harvested from the right supraclavicular region. The postoperative photographs were taken nine months after surgery and demonstrate a well-integrated skin graft and a natural blend with the surrounding facial tissue.
