61-year-old female patient with a history of breast augmentation with 420cc saline implants 23 years prior, presenting with a ruptured right implant. She underwent bilateral implant exchange with removal of both saline implants and placement of 360-cc smooth low-profile silicone implants, performed by Dr. Dolen. Postoperative photographs are shown 9 months after surgery, demonstrating improved breast contour, volume, and symmetry.
