33-year-old male patient who underwent bilateral gynecomastia excision with liposuction and Renuvion J-Plasma skin tightening performed by Dr. Dolen. A total of 69 g of glandular tissue was removed from the right breast and 90 g from the left breast. In addition, 180 cc of fat was removed from the right breast and 100 cc from the left breast with liposuction. Postoperative photographs are shown 1 year after surgery, demonstrating a smaller, more contoured male chest.
