48-year-old patient who underwent delayed left breast reconstruction with a prepectoral 385 cc full-projection silicone implant performed by Dr. Dolen. Four months later, Dr. Dolen completed right breast subfascial augmentation with a 200 cc low-profile silicone implant for improved symmetry, along with fat grafting to both breasts. Postoperative photos are shown 4 months after the final surgery, demonstrating improved breast symmetry and contour.
