61-year-old female patient with right breast cancer underwent right lumpectomy, followed byimmediate oncoplastic breast reduction and adipofascial flap reconstruction to fill thelumpectomy defect, performed by Dr. Dolen. She subsequently received radiation therapy to the right breast. Postoperative photographs are shown 15 months after surgery, demonstrating restored breast contour and symmetry.
