Breast Reconstruction Case #5930

61-year-old female patient with a history of left lumpectomy and radiotherapy for breast cancer 13 years prior, who developed a chronic draining wound at the lumpectomy site. She underwent excision of the chronic wound and reconstruction of the left breast using a latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap, performed by Dr. Dolen. Postoperative photographs are shown 8 months after surgery, demonstrating restored breast contour and volume with resolution of the wound.
